SymphonyAI is the artificial intelligence (AI) delivery practice of Digital Boutique AI, based in San Diego, California. We exist because of a pattern we kept seeing: businesses paying for AI strategy documents that never became working systems.

The consulting industry sells sheet music. A roadmap deck, a workshop, a list of “opportunities” — then the engagement ends and the performance never happens. We built SymphonyAI to close that gap: the same team that maps your opportunities builds them, and then operates them.

Every engagement is instrumented. We track what each AI system costs to run and what it produces, and you see both. If a system is not earning its keep, we are the first to say so.
