SymphonyAI is an artificial intelligence (AI) consulting and delivery agency based in San Diego, California, built by people who run businesses, not just advise them. Our founder has been programming for 30 years and has founded more than 50 companies — roughly 20 operating today across e-commerce, real estate, short-term rentals, equipment rental, and services.

That portfolio is our proving ground. Before this engine ever touched a client, we ran our own companies through it — scored their departments, sequenced their moves, built their systems, and lived with the results. When we recommend a first move, it is because we have made that move with our own payroll on the line.

The consulting industry sells sheet music: a roadmap deck, a workshop, an invoice. We built SymphonyAI to close the gap between the plan and the performance — the same accountable team maps your opportunities, builds the systems, and operates them.

We are Claude implementation specialists: our Score engine, our statement-of-work drafting, and our deployed Players are built on Anthropic's Claude, with every generation logged, versioned, and cost-metered. No black boxes, no hand-waving.
