Priced like a performance, not a lecture.

Every engagement begins with your free Symphony Score. From there, choose the movement that fits where you are.

Not sure which movement you need? The Score tells you — and it costs nothing.

Fair questions

Why is the Symphony Score free?

Because it's the best sales pitch we have. The Score shows you exactly how we think; some businesses take it and run — genuinely fine — and the ones who want the performance, not just the sheet music, hire us.

We already use ChatGPT. What does this add?

Individual AI use is the first movement, not the destination. The gap between 'people paste things into a chatbot' and 'workflows run themselves with checkpoints' is where the return on investment lives — that gap is precisely what we map and build.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Delivered work product transfers to you on final payment; we keep only our reusable internal tooling and know-how. It's in the statement of work in plain English.

How is this different from a template or a course?

Templates describe the average business; you don't run one. Every Score is generated from your actual intake against our curated library, and every engagement is scoped from your Score — not a genericized deck.

What does the Sprint actually cost, and are there surprise fees?

The Roadmap Sprint is a fixed fee shown before checkout. Builds are milestone-billed against a signed statement of work; nothing invoices without a milestone you agreed to. No hourly meters anywhere.

How long does the Sprint take?

Two weeks from kickoff: deep-dive intake and workshop in week one, full AI-Native Roadmap and executive readout in week two.

What are your contract terms?

Net 7 payment per milestone, a 30-day post-delivery defect warranty, and client ownership of delivered work. The full terms ride with every statement of work.

What if the Sprint tells us not to build anything yet?

Then that's what it says. The roadmap ranks by impact-to-effort against your real constraints — 'wait on this' is a legitimate and common recommendation, and the plan is yours regardless of whether you build with us.

Do you build on our systems or replace them?

On yours wherever possible. The highest-return moves usually connect the tools you already run rather than replacing them — replacement only gets recommended when the math says so.
