Privacy Policy
Effective July 4, 2026
This policy explains what Symphony AI Agency(“we,” “us”) collects through symphonyai.agency, why we collect it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you give us to deliver the services you ask for, we never sell your data, and you can reach a human about any of it at symphonyaiagency@gmail.com.
What we collect
Information you provide. When you request a Symphony Score, unlock a shared Score, use the site chat, or contact us, we collect what you submit: name, email address, company name, and the business information in your answers (industry, team size, challenges, goals, budget range).
Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers; we receive confirmation of the payment and the email associated with it.
Technical basics. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) records standard server logs, including internet protocol (IP) addresses, for security and reliability.
How we use it
To generate and deliver your Symphony Score; to respond to inquiries; to send you the emails you signed up for (every one includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately); to manage client engagements you enter into with us; and to operate, secure, and improve the site.
We may keep a record of your contact details in our customer relationship management (CRM) system so a human can follow up with you appropriately.
Artificial intelligence processing
Generating a Symphony Score and answering site-chat questions involves sending the content you provide to our AI model provider (Anthropic) for processing. We send only what is needed to produce the output you requested. We do not use your information to train AI models.
What we share — and don't
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.
We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to run this business — hosting (Vercel), database (Neon), payments (Stripe), AI processing (Anthropic), email delivery, scheduling, and CRM tools — each bound to use it only for the service they provide to us. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or as part of a business transfer.
Cookies
We use a small number of first-party cookies that make the site work: keeping you signed in, remembering that you unlocked a Score, and securing the client portal. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
Retention & your rights
We keep information for as long as we have an active relationship with you or as needed for legitimate business and legal purposes. You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop emailing you — write to symphonyaiagency@gmail.com and we'll handle it promptly. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know and the right to delete; we honor those requests through the same address.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes & contact
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Questions: symphonyaiagency@gmail.com · Symphony AI Agency, San Diego, California.
