Terms of Service

SymphonyAI offers artificial intelligence (AI) consulting and implementation services: the free Symphony Score (an AI opportunity assessment), the Roadmap Sprint, implementation Builds, and the Operations Retainer. The website, Score, blog, and chat are informational surfaces; paid engagements are delivered under a separate statement of work (SOW).

The free Symphony Score and answers from the site chat are AI-assisted planning tools provided as-is, for informational purposes. They reflect the information you supply and reasonable general practice — they are not legal, tax, financial, or professional advice, and outcomes described are illustrative, not promised. Verify anything material before acting on it, and use your own judgment about your business.

Every paid engagement is governed by its SOW, which controls scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, and payment schedule. Where an SOW and these terms conflict, the SOW wins for that engagement. Unless the SOW says otherwise: invoices are due net 7 days; delivered work product becomes yours on final payment; we retain our reusable internal tooling and know-how; and delivered work carries a 30-day defect warranty.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees for the Roadmap Sprint purchased online are refundable in full until the kickoff session takes place.

Don't misuse the site: no attempting to breach security or access other clients' data, no scraping at abusive volume, no using the chat to generate content unrelated to evaluating our services, and no unlawful use. We may limit or block access that violates this section.

You keep ownership of the information you submit. You grant us the right to use it to provide the services — including processing it with our AI provider to generate your Score — as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for having the right to share what you submit.

The site, its design, the SymphonyAI name, and our published content belong to us. You may share links and quote reasonably with attribution; don't republish wholesale or pass our work off as your own.

The site and free services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or free services, and our total liability related to any paid engagement is capped at the fees you paid us for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by California law, with venue in San Diego County, California. If a portion is found unenforceable, the rest stands. We may update these terms; material changes take effect when posted with a new effective date, and continued use means acceptance.
